The listed prices are per room/apartment and based on the number of guests. Please note: Local tourist tax and final cleaning (only for apartments) are not included in the price.
Tourist tax: €3.50 per person per day. Children and teenagers up to 15 years are exempt.

reservation and payment
A confirmed reservation requires a deposit of 30% via bank transfer (free of charge for the recipient).
The remaining 70% must be transferred no later than7 days before arrival.

Children stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a baby cot – subject to availability and for a one-time fee of €15.

dogs are welcome - with prior notice
Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a dog, so we can plan accordingly. We charge a fee of €15 per dog per day.
If you forget to notify us beforehand, we reserve the right to assign you a different room or apartment on site – which may not be the one originally booked.

parking & EV charging
Each room/apartment includes one free parking space for our guests.
Covered parking/carports are available upon request and subject to availability:

We offer a lockable storage room for skis, boots, and bicycles – equipped with a boot dryer for extra comfort.

For reservations made directly through our website, we offer free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. A written notice must be submitted within this timeframe.

For cancellations made within 7 days before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged. On the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.
